This website, marhabdubai.com (the "Site"), is operated by DMUBARAK Online Seller, licensed in Dubai, United Arab Emirates under trade licence number 1605792, trading as Marhab Dubai ("we", "us", "our").

By accessing or using the Site, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order.
3. Products
We take care to describe and photograph our products accurately. However, colours and finishes may appear differently depending on your screen, minor variation between individual units is normal for an embossed finish, and we reserve the right to modify, improve, or discontinue a product at any time.
4. Pricing and payment
All prices are shown in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include applicable taxes where indicated at checkout. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Changes do not affect orders already accepted.
Payment is processed by our third-party payment providers. We do not store your full card details. By submitting payment information, you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method.
5. Promotional pricing and discount codes
Where a product is shown at a reduced price against a higher reference price, the reference price is the price at which the item is or has been offered for sale.
Discount codes are subject to any stated conditions, have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may not be combined with other offers unless expressly stated. We may withdraw or amend a promotion at any time.
6. Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. Our confirmation email acknowledges receipt of your order but does not constitute acceptance. A binding contract is formed only when we dispatch your order.
We may decline or cancel an order, and will refund you in full, where the product is out of stock, there has been an obvious pricing or product description error, we suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity, or we are unable to deliver to your address.
7. Delivery
Delivery timeframes, rates, and terms are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
8. Returns and refunds
Returns, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Refund and Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
9. Intellectual property
All content on the Site, including the Marhab Dubai name and logo, the Dubai skyline design applied to our products, product images, text, and layout, is our property or licensed to us, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our designs or content, or use our trade marks, without our prior written permission.
10. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose, to transmit malicious code or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site or its systems, to scrape, harvest, or copy content in bulk, or to resell our products commercially without our written authorisation. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site for breach of these Terms.
11. Accounts
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
12. Third-party services and links
The Site is hosted by Shopify and uses third-party payment processors and couriers. The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party.

14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Site and its content are provided on an as-is basis, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses including loss of profit, opportunity, or data, and our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including your rights under UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection.
15. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against any claim, loss, or expense arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
16. Force majeure
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, civil unrest, epidemics, government action, courier failure, or interruption of internet or utility services.
17. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.

19. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
