Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused, unworn and undamaged
  • In its original condition, with the matte-black gift box and all original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (your order number or confirmation email)

Because this is a personal travel accessory, we cannot accept items that show signs of use — including scratches, marks, creasing, or absorbed scents from perfume or smoke.

How to start a return

Email contact@marhabdubai.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include:

  1. Your order number
  2. The reason for the return
  3. Clear photos of the item and its packaging

We will reply within 1 business day with return authorisation and the return address.

Please do not ship an item back before you receive written return authorisation from us. Unauthorised returns cannot be processed or refunded.

Who pays for return shipping

Change of mind: You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend a tracked service — we cannot issue a refund for a return we do not receive. Original delivery charges are not refunded.

Faulty, damaged, or incorrect item: We cover all return shipping costs. You may choose a free replacement or a full refund including any delivery charges you paid.

Damaged or incorrect items on arrival

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the item and the outer packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once your return reaches us we will inspect it and notify you of the outcome within 2 business days.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 7–14 business days for the funds to appear — the exact timing depends on your bank or card issuer, which is outside our control.

If more than 14 business days have passed since we confirmed your refund, please contact us.

Exchanges

We currently offer a single product in one finish. The fastest way to exchange is to return your original item for a refund and place a new order.

Items we cannot accept

  • Items returned more than 7 days after delivery
  • Items returned without the original gift box and packaging
  • Items showing use, wear, or damage that occurred after delivery
  • Items not purchased directly from marhabdubai.com

Order cancellations

You may cancel an order free of charge at any point before it is dispatched. Email us as soon as possible with your order number. Once an order has been dispatched, our returns process above applies.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection and its implementing regulations. You always retain the right to a remedy where goods are defective, unsafe, or not as described.
